Making Polyurethane Channel

Draw Constructio Pattern

The first stage is putting the entire channel on the polyurethane panel. This process is done using pen or pen that draws lines for marking the cutting edge of polyurethane channels. Note that all the measurements specified in pulling the lines on the channels are referred to as the outer dimensions of the channels. Note that the outer dimensions of the channel are equal to the internal dimensions of the canal plus the Persian thickness on the channel.

Cutting

The second stage involves cutting 45 degrees along the edge of each channel. In this stage, due to the drawn pattern, we will follow the path of the cutting tool according to the lines and work cut will be done.

Bending

The third stage of the cut cards for the sections of the canal, which is 90 degrees, will be compressed with means of bending over short intervals, and this will allow us to bend the cards. This practice is used in the knees and three ways.

Glue

The fourth stage of the liquid glue is a keeper, which is attached to the Persian site of the پلی card to put the sides of the channel together. this glue has a PU foundation of polyurethane cards. It can be noticed before the glue is about to glue off any dust. This process should be done in the free space, and after masking tape, we must allow for 10 - 20 minutes with respect to the moisture content of the environment to achieve the glue.

Assemble

the fifth stage after preparing the pieces of glue for assembly is done in this stage, in turn, they will turn the cards from the Persian site where it is covered with glue.

Aluminum Adhesive Tape

The sixth step is to use a standard thickness of aluminum tape, which is usually over 30 microns. This tape is on the paired outer parts of polyurethane sheets for the outer seams of the channel to prevent the oxidation of polyurethane foam against air. When gluing aluminum tape, make sure the surface of the polyurethane sheets is clean.

Mastic

The seventh step after assembling the polyurethane channel, all the seams of the channel that are cut along the Persian lines should be insulated with water-based mastic and the use of water-based mastic is according to the standard. This is both to prevent corrosion of the polyurethane foam against the air and to prevent the release of particles released from the polyurethane foam.

Flanges And Restraining Rods

The eighth step is the PVC flange at the beginning and end of the channel and we use metal corners between the two PVC flanges to strengthen the channel. The restraining rod is used in larger channels.
