Making Polyurethane Plenum

Pattern And Cut

To make a plenum box, first the length of the work must be determined. After determining the length of the work, the work pattern is drawn on the sheet for cutting and is cut using the tools V on, left on, right on and perpendicular to the desired lines.

Liquid Adhesive And Assembly

At this stage, the cut areas are impregnated with liquid glue and after the passage of time and the consistency of the glue, the plenum polyurethane box is assembled.

Adhesive Tape And Mastic

At this stage, we cover the inner seams of the polyurethane plenum box with water-based mastic and then insulate the outer seams of the plenum box with aluminum tape adhesive.

Aluminium U And Gate

The last step in making a plenum box is to use aluminum U slot valves, after which the installer can install the slot valves on the plenum box by a crab that attaches to the edges of the slot valves.
